We are joining in with the worldwide Lent before Easter, but are inspired by Daniel in the Bible (Daniel 9-10), who took 21 days for a time of prayer and fasting and had a personal encounter with God.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"tipps\" class=\"text-start\">\n  Fasting is a beautiful thing. Of course, the first few days are often a challenge, no question. That is why it is particularly important to emphasize that we do not see fasting as a religious act.
