Hierbei liegt der Fokus auf die geistliche, emotionale und auch sexuelle Verbundenheit. Damit die Ver\u00e4nderungen auch dauerhaft und nachhaltig bleiben, sind ein elementarer Teil des Workshops praktische \u00dcbungen und der Austausch in einer Kleingruppe.
