\n Arrange your estate consciously<\/p>\n\n

\n In a will or last will and testament, you can decide how your inheritance is handled in addition to the legally defined compulsory portions. If there is no spouse and no relatives still alive, without a will the entire estate goes to the state. A will is only legally valid if it is a handwritten will or a notarised public will.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/article>\n<\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>

\n Handwritten will<\/h3>\n\n

\n A handwritten will is the simplest form of a last will and testament. It should be clearly legible and written by hand. It is important that it is titled \u201cWill\u201d and includes the place, date and signature. Beneficiaries\u2014people or institutions\u2014should be listed as precisely as possible with name and address.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/article>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

\n Public will<\/h3>\n\n

\n A public will is used when a handwritten document is not possible. In the presence of two witnesses, the public will is drawn up according to your wishes by an authorised official, for example a notary.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/article>\n<\/div><\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>
