ICF is a Christian church with a biblical foundation. We were born out of a dream to build dynamic, authentic and relevant churches.
The ICF Movement is more than a church movement – It is a passionate family of people who strive to help people find a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, experience love and fellowship, discover their gifts and are encouraged in them. We see the planting of new churches as our mission, being a fundamental part of our DNA. It is our deepest belief that the local church is the hope of the world!
We want to empower people like you to become leaders and start an ICF Church in your city or region. We believe that God is calling us to do this and that you can be part of it!

Strengthening churches
It is our dream to sustainably support and strengthen churches and pastors. To this end, the ICF Movement offers the following:
Training
We invest in your potential. A key element for healthy churches and pastors is solid training. We offer formats that combine theory and practice:
(Pastors) Online Learning Communities: Regular knowledge exchange on current topics.
School of Church Planting: Practical training and insights from experienced church planters.
Pastors & Key Leaders Training: Special track for (future) pastors.
ICF Experience: Our boot camp, where you can experience the DNA and culture of ICF firsthand.
Coaching
No one builds a church alone. Every ICF pastor is part of a Church Leadership Group. You will be coached, encouraged, and challenged by experienced leaders.
Gatherings: Annual highlights such as the Pastors Gathering and Pastors Retreat strengthen your soul and vision.
Personal coaching: Regular support from your Church Group Leader.
Peer-to-Peer: Exchange with other pastors to learn from each other.
Family
Welcome Home – You belong here. The ICF Movement is more than an organization—we see ourselves as a family. You can expect a culture where you will be accepted with love and challenged with clarity. We celebrate successes together and bear burdens together.
Resources
As the ICF Movement, we provide ICF churches and other churches with resources and tools to promote growth and influence.
EQUIP Platform: On our central platform, you will find resources for every area of your church—from sermon series to leadership tools. (icf.church/equip)
Church Planting Fund: We invest specifically in new, dynamic ICF churches.
