The ICF Experience is our annual boot camp for new ICF key people. The focus is on ICF Startup teams, larger Micro Churches and new key people from existing ICFs. At the ICF Experience you and your team will be immersed in the ICF Culture and DNA. You will experience “aha” moments and be equipped to strengthen your local church. You will discover the “Why behind the What” and experience what an ICF Church feels like.
This program will be hosted by the ICF Movement, ICF Zurich, and ICF College. You can expect inspiring teachings from our best leaders, learning communities, talks, fun times, and an encouraging community. This intensive training will equip you to be ready for the exciting adventure of building God’s church!

WHAT TO EXPECT
A FULL-ON team building experience with a lively mix of practical teachings, sessions and talks with ICF key leaders and Pastors, inspiring talks, learning communities, coaching sessions, fun times, encouraging fellowship and powerful God encounters!
The Start Session of the ICF Experience will take place during the last break on Friday at the ICF Conference. The other sessions will take place on Saturday and Sunday directly after the ICF Conference.

The ICF Experience will take place in Zurich, Switzerland. Accommodation, transport, food and drinks
are included in the ICF Experience and will be arranged for you.

Breakfast, lunch & dinner, will be provided.
The ICF Experience is a programm for ICF churches that have started in the last two years or will start this year. ICF pastors and their key people are invited.
Additionally, existing ICFs can send new key people to the ICF Experience.
Unfortunately the ICF Experience program isn’t suitable for children.
Do you have a baby under 8 months old that needs to be breastfed and therefore needs to come along? We will have a separate room with a stream of the teaching sessions available for you. Other program elements aren’t suited for bringing a baby.
We desire for you to fully emerge yourself in the ICF Experience and therefore strongly advise to bring a nanny or organize care locally.
The regular offer we book for participants is a four or six-bed dorm.
There are a limited number of two-person bedrooms available. You can upgrade as long as there is space.
We will add the extra costs to your overall ICF Experience registration.
The ICF Experience is for ICF Startups, ICF churches and larger ICF Micro Churches.
The ICF Experience is suitable for Micro Churches with a ‘church planting intention’.
