The ICF Experience is our annual boot camp for new ICF key people. The focus is on ICF Startup teams, larger Micro Churches and new key people from existing ICFs. At the ICF Experience you and your team will be immersed in the ICF Culture and DNA. You will experience “aha” moments and be equipped to strengthen your local church. You will discover the “Why behind the What” and experience what an ICF Church feels like.

This program will be hosted by the ICF Movement, ICF Zurich, and ICF College. You can expect inspiring teachings from our best leaders, learning communities, talks, fun times, and an encouraging community. This intensive training will equip you to be ready for the exciting adventure of building God’s church!
