Leo & Susanna Bigger
ICF Zürich & ICF Movement
Leo Bigger, born in Buchs SG in 1968, has been living in Zurich since 1991. He is a professional offset printer and later later studied theology at IGW Bible School in Zurich. In 1996 he took over responsibility for ICF, which had been founded five years prior in Zurich as an interdenominational church. He now is the Senior Pastor of ICF Zurich and of the ICF Movement with over 70 churches in twelve countries.

Susanna is a professional florist and is leads ICF Zurich and the ICF Movement together with Leo. In 2006 she started the Ladies Lounge, a women’s conference which nowadays takes place in different countries and cities. She is an inspiration for many people around her because of her warm-hearted nature.

Susanna and Leo have been married since 1991 and are parents of two adult sons. Together they live close to Zurich.
Tobias & Frauke Teichen
Lead Pastors, ICF München
Frauke Teichen (born 1977) is a service manager in the aviation industry and a qualified social pedagogue. Faith in God has come naturally to her since childhood, partly because her grandfathers were both preachers. Her dream is to introduce people to God’s love and to help them live their faith practically and concretely in everyday life.

Tobias Teichen was born in Schweinfurt in 1977 and has lived in Munich since 1997. There he completed a teaching degree with Protestant theology as his major subject. He worked as a teacher for 12 years.

Tobias and Frauke started in 2005 together with friends, as part of the ICF Movement, an interdenominational and contemporary kind of church, where people can experience God in a new way and grow in their relationship with Jesus. They are Lead Pastors of ICF Munich and part of the worldwide Movement leadership team.
Niklaus & Andrea Burkhalter
Lead Pastors, ICF Bern
Niklaus (Chlöisu) Burkhalter, born in 1967, is the lead pastor of ICF Bern and the locations Biel, Thun, Interlaken, Oberwallis and Fribourg. ICF Bern celebrated its twentieth anniversary in 2019. Chlöisu has also been the coach and consultant for all ICF churches in Switzerland for several years. After completing his apprenticeship, he trained as a teacher and worked part-time as a vocational school teacher until 2012. In 2020 he successfully completed a master’s degree in coaching, organizational development and supervision.

Andrea, born 1972, founded the ICF church in Bern together with her husband. As a pioneer, she built up various areas of the Church. She has lived out her know-how as a teacher and curative educator in her family and has also always been involved in church activities, be it in ICF Kids, as a member of the leadership team or as a course or small group leader. Today Andrea works mainly in the strategic-visionary area of the church.

Together they lead ICF Bern and have three teenage children. Since 2015 they are Nation Leaders of Switzerland.
Rene & Ilana Schubert
Lead Pastors, ICF Wien
After a turbulent teenage phase, Rene came to faith in Jesus at the age of 20 and since then has been enthusiastic and convinced that the church is the hope of the world. He began his full-time ministry position as an ICF Pastor in 2011 after eight years of full-time work as a social therapist in Switzerland.

Ilana grew up in Switzerland and was originally a trained educator. When she founded the first ICF in Austria with Rene 10 years ago, she also founded and led a day care centre for school children. Besides ICF she also works as an artist and has her own studio. She loves creative projects and is a versatile all-purpose weapon with a great sense of humour.

Rene and Ilana Schubert have been married since 2004 and together they run ICF Vienna and are responsible for all ICF locations in Austria.
Steffen & Sibylle Beck
Lead Pastors, ICF Karlsruhe
Steffen Beck (1966) grew up in Dettingen an der Erms and was involved in the YMCA there. He completed his education at the Theological Seminary in Wuppertal (Evangelistenschule "Johanneum"). From 1991 to 2001 he worked as a youth pastor and musical director for the YMCA regional association in Baden.

Sibylle Beck (1968) studied music, mathematics and protestant theology and became a teacher for middle school and high school in Heidelberg. She worked passionately in this profession for 13 years. She is also the founder and first chair of the Kinder- und Jugendarche Karlsruhe e.V..

Together they founded a church in 2001 and joined the ICF Movement in 2005.
Privately, they love camping by the sea and their very own "farm" with horses, dogs and a cat on their private estate in the countryside.

Since 2021 they are leaders of the ICF Movement in Germany.
Joel Spirgi
Joel Spirgi, born in 1985, studied Information Technologies and worked for a Swiss bank for ten years.

Together with his wife Stephanie, he attended a pastoral & leadership college in Sydney, Australia for three years starting in 2011. In 2021 he completed his Theology degree. Joel has a great passion for the local church and the strategical development of it. Together with Stephi, he has three sons Jayden (2016), Jaxon (2018) and Julyan (2021).
Michael & Sarah Sieber
Sarah and Michael Sieber have been part of ICF Zurich since 1998, where their journey together began. They celebrated their union in marriage in 2002. As parents of two children, they share a vision of a church characterized by authenticity and familial warmth—a community founded on genuine relationships and friendships. Together, they are dedicated to helping people discover Jesus Christ and grow in their faith.
