EXPERIENCE CHURCH

ICF Fier is a Christian church with a biblical foundation: authentic, relevant, and excited about life with Jesus.

Welcome Home!

Welcome to ICF Fier! No matter how you found us, we are excited to have you here today!

We would like to introduce us to you—what defines us as a church, what motivates us, what we believe, and how we practice community.

Right from the start, we want to share with you our dream of a church that has inspired us from the very beginning and is now becoming more and more a reality.

We invite you to become part of this dream too. You are welcome, feel at home!

God’s blessings,

Festimi & Elisabeta Hoxha
Lead Pastors ICF Fier

Our Mission

As a church, it is our passion for people to become more like Jesus Christ, live fearlessly and have a positive influence on their world.

Our Values

Our Code of Honor

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

The Bible – Hebrews 12:1-2, NIV

As employees and Core Leaders in ICF Fier it is our deep desire to victoriously complete the race of faith. We are determined to live by biblical moral standards. After numerous conversations about the lifestyle of leaders in the church and inspired by the “Modesto Manifesto” written by Billy Graham and his friends, we have agreed on a set of voluntary principles: The “Code of Honor for the ICF Fier Staff”.

The church ICF Fier is an association. It is financed by voluntary donations. A salary model independent of commissions applies to all employees. The income from sales of all ICF Media products, such as books, music and apps, flows entirely into the organization. Upon request, we provide insight into our finances. With conviction, we fulfill the legal requirements, such as the regular audit of our association’s accounts.

We maintain a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle. We actively counteract sexual sin in a self-responsible manner. As an organization, we take preventive measures against sexual abuse and sexual violations, such as a sensitive application procedure, staff training, and a code of conduct for staff and volunteers. To meet this end, we work together with the government bodies and also specialized inside bodies to address the issues in case there is any. Every person in our church has the right and the duty to contact the national and independent “Victim Assistance” specialist unit when a case is suspected.

We submit and commit ourselves to the mission statement of ICF Fier. We use entrusted power and competencies responsibly and actively counteract the abuse of power. Festim and Elisabeta Hoxhaj lead the organization as Senior Pastors and thus also the Core Team as its leadership team.

In the Core Team, every opinion counts. We wrestle with decisions until everyone can support them and no one has any serious reservations. Strategic and operational responsibility is assigned to the respective areas, subsidiary operations, and locations in the sense of selforganized teams. The competences in the legal branches of the organization are all distributed among two authorized signatories.

May God help us to live faithfully, passionately, and exemplarily.

Our history

What started with a small group and a big dream has grown into a global movement. The history of ICF (International Christian Fellowship) is marked by dedication, challenges, and growth – it testifies to how God has guided, blessed, and shaped us over many years.

It all started in 2011 when Festimi & Elisabeta started the evangelization project in the city of Fier. With the desire to serve people in need, orphans, windows, boys and girls who came from families in difficulty, the work began. The first canteen in the city was open where an employed staff provided ht meals, spiritual care as well as social-educational care. The education of children and youth quickly became one of the priorities of the project.

April 2017: Through prayers and consultation with friends at home and abroad, and with faith that the time had come, the new church was launched.

Meanwhile, this dream was shared with our friends, and a team of workers was soon formed. God, the dedication and passion of this group led us to quickly move into a rental building. The favor shown by God gave us courage and preparations began to accommodate people in a beautiful and pleasant environment.

With the help of the Church Planting Network Albania, initial funding was secured for the launch and renovation of the church premises.

November 24, 2017: Seeing the pace at which the church progressing, the date for the Grand Opening was set.

About 450 people attended and heard the Gospel at this event. By Christmas, the new church had a place of worship open to visitors. Amidst the challenges and difficulties, the church continues to grow day by day.

2021. Seeing God’s faithfulness and dreaming, we took the next step, where with the help of our friends from Hungary and Bridgeway Church Indiana, we had the opportunity to buy a piece of land where we can’t wait to build a permanent place for worship and training for the new generation.
