Can I cancel my ticket?
Do you already have a ticket but you cannot attend the Ladies Lounge on site? Your ticket is transferable, i.e. you can pass it on to someone else. If you do not know anyone to give your ticket to, you can cancel it. We partner with cvents for the ticketing of the Ladies Lounge. Therefore you can write an email to mail@cvents.eu for cancellation matters. Up to 4 weeks before the event a cancellation costs CHF 30. After that we cannot give you a refund of the ticket price.
I cannot find my ticket
We work together with cvents for the ticketing of the Ladies Lounge. Please write an email directly to mail@cvents.eu and they will send you your ticket again.
Are there tickets for individual days?
Tickets for individual days will be available on site at the box office as long as the Ladies Lounge is not sold out.
Is there a discount if I am younger than 20?
We invite all ladies who are 19 years old and younger at the time of the Ladies Lounge this year - are you one of them? Then we'll give you a free ticket to Ladies Lounge 2023! You can secure your ticket via the normal way. Just click on the button "buy ticket" and choose a ticket for young people for CHF 0.
The conference language is High German. Translation will be offered into English. Further languages on request and according to our possibilities. Registration necessary.
There is a wide range of possibilities at The Hall to have meals and refreshments for every budget (restaurants, snack bars).
We ask for your understanding that there is no possibility for child care at the Ladies Lounge. We desire for each woman to enjoy this time by herself and together with her friends. For breastfeeding mothers and their babies an area is available with live-broadcasting. Please note that you are only allowed in the hall with your baby during the worship.
