We love the Plzeň region, which is our home, and we want to enrich it with a modern and meaningful church. We dream of a church where Jesus Christ is at the centre of everything. He is the one who stirs up the enthusiasm in us that turns into a message which transforms lives.

As a church we carry responsibility — for people, for money and for the way we treat each other. That is why we follow shared standards that apply to everyone who serves or leads at ICF.
Here is an open description of how things work with us.
ICF Plzeň is financed by voluntary donations. We handle our finances transparently and provide insight into them on request. We fulfil all legal requirements, including proper bookkeeping.
We maintain a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle. We see marriage and family as values we want to protect and support.
Nobody here decides alone. Leadership is shared and accountable; we make decisions together and openly.
We never use our relationships with the people we serve for personal gain.
We do what we say. We admit our mistakes and put them right.

Our history
What began in 1996 under the leadership of Leo and Susanna Bigger in Switzerland still inspires us today as much as it did back then.
1996
The first ICF is founded in Zurich by Leo and Susanna Bigger. One church gradually grows into an international movement.
2016
A first group of people starts meeting in Plzeň — the beginning of ICF Startup Plzeň.
today
We meet every Sunday at Lucerna in Doubravka — and we still dream of a church that changes its city.

ICF Plzeň is part of the ICF Movement. ICF stands for International Christian Fellowship. We are a Christian church that is relevant, creative and innovative.
