Susanna Bigger

Susanna and her husband Leo Bigger are the founders and lead pastors of ICF Zurich, the largest non-denominational churches in Switzerland, reaching over 6,000 visitors weekly across six locations and an additional 20,000+ people through digital offerings. Married since 1991, they are parents to two adult sons and grandparents to two granddaughters. They live near Zurich. They consciously strive to live authentically and convincingly, serving as role models and, together with their team, inspiring many people across Switzerland and Europe.

When Susanna and Leo Bigger founded ICF Zurich in 1996, they had a vision: to build a church that is authentic, relevant, and full of life, connecting people to Jesus in an innovative and contemporary way. This vision brought a new kind of church to Zurich — one in step with the times, appealing especially to the younger generation. Today, ICF Zurich is a spiritual home for people of all generations.

The “ICF Movement” grew rapidly and became an international family that now spans twelve countries (status 2025) and includes more than 80 locations worldwide.

As founders of ICF Zurich and lead pastors of the ICF Movement, Leo and Susanna embody visionary leadership, clear direction, and a deep heart for people. They carry the spiritual and strategic responsibility for the ICF Movement and significantly shape its culture and DNA.
