Welcome to ICF Tel Aviv

The International Christian Fellowship (ICF Tel Aviv) is a vibrant and open-minded church community with the aim of inspiring people in Tel Aviv and beyond and helping them to build a strong relationship with God.

Welcome Home!

Welcome to ICF Tel Aviv!
No matter how you discovered us, we’re thrilled to welcome you today.

We’d like to share who we are—what defines our church, what drives us, our core beliefs, and how we build our community.

From the outset, we want to tell you about our dream of a church that has motivated us from the very beginning and is gradually becoming a reality.

We invite you to join us in this vision.

Please feel at home—you’re truly welcome! God’s blessings,
Sergey & Natasha Mazhuga
Founders and Lead Pastors ICF Tel Aviv

Our Mission

As a church, it is our passion for people to become more like Jesus Christ, live fearlessly and have a positive influence on their world.

Our Values

Our Code of Honor

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

The Bible – Hebrews 12:1-2, NIV

As employees and Core Leaders in ICF Tel Aviv it is our deep desire to victoriously complete the race of faith. We are determined to live by biblical moral standards. After numerous conversations about the lifestyle of leaders in the church and inspired by the “Modesto Manifesto” written by Billy Graham and his friends, we have agreed on a set of voluntary principles: The “Code of Honor for the ICF Tel Aviv Staff”.

The church ICF Tel Aviv is the nonprofit organization. It is financed by voluntary donations. A salary model independent of commissions applies to all employees. Upon request, we provide insight into our finances. With conviction, we fulfill the legal requirements, such as the regular audit of our nonprofit organization’s accounts.

We maintain a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle. We actively counteract sexual sin in a self-responsible manner. As an organization, we take preventive measures against sexual abuse and sexual violations, such as a sensitive application procedure, staff training, and a code of conduct for staff and volunteers. Every person in our church has the right and the duty to contact the national and independent “Victim Assistance” specialist unit when a case is suspected.

We submit and commit ourselves to the mission statement of ICF Tel Aviv. We use entrusted power and competencies responsibly and actively counteract the abuse of power. Sergey and Natasha Mazhuga lead the organization as Lead Pastors and thus also the Core Team as its leadership team.

In the Core Team, every opinion counts. We wrestle with decisions until everyone can support them and no one has any serious reservations. Strategic and operational responsibility is assigned to the respective areas, subsidiary operations, and locations in the sense of selforganized teams. The competences in the legal branches of the organization are all distributed among two authorized signatories.

Our published figures and statistics are truthful. We have commissioned and appointed an independent, external clearing office (ombudsman’s office) that is not subject to our directives. Every person from the church and its surrounding has the possibility to report to them conflicts with leadership, suspicion of abuse of power, or observations of unhealthy behavior.

May God help us to live faithfully, passionately, and exemplarily.

Our history

What started with a small group and a big dream has grown into one of the biggest church in the region. The history of ICF (International Christian Fellowship) Tel Aviv is marked by dedication, challenges, and growth – it testifies to how God has guided, blessed, and shaped us over many years.

When Sergey and Natasha Mazhuga founded ICF Tel Aviv in 2010, they had a vision: to build a church that is authentic, relevant, and vibrant, and brings young people closer to Jesus in the most sinful city of Israel.

This vision brought a new kind of church to Israel, a church that is at the heartbeat of time, appealing to and inspiring the younger generation in particular. Today, ICF Tel Aviv is a spiritual home for people of all generations.
