ICF Cambodia is an association. It is financed by voluntary donations. A salary model independent of commissions applies to all employees. Upon request, we provide insight into our finances. With conviction, we fulfill the legal requirements, such as the regular audit of our association’s accounts.
We maintain a healthy and addiction-free lifestyle. We actively counteract sexual sin in a self-responsible manner. As an organization, we take preventive measures against sexual abuse and sexual violations, such as a sensitive application procedure, staff training, and a code of conduct for staff and volunteers. At our gatherings we are accepting for all people to come and learn about Jesus but not affirming to sex outside of marriage, those in same gender relationships, and those who are not agreeing to their biological gender. We follow the biblical view of sex, marriage, and dating. (Genesis 1:27 & Romans 1:26-27). All are welcome to come and learn; and those who choose to love Jesus will follow biblical commands (John 14:15).
is the symbol of our commitment to follow Jesus and his teachings (1 Peter 3:21 & Colossians 2:12). We take this decision seriously and prepare each person with teachings and time to make sure it is a genuine experience with a clear mind.
We submit and commit ourselves to the mission statement of ICF. We use entrusted power and competencies responsibly and actively counteract the abuse of power. God calls everyone to proclaim the gospel no matter the race, age, gender, or social status. (Joel 2:28-29 & Acts 2:17). It is vital to empower all leaders and pastors with sound doctrine and the tools they need to make christlike disciples. Strategic and operational responsibility is assigned to the respective areas, subsidiary operations, and locations in the sense of self-organized teams. The competences in the legal branches of the organization are all distributed among the ICF Cambodia Board of Directors
Our published figures and statistics are truthful. We have commissioned and appointed an independent, external clearing office (ombudsman’s office) that is not subject to our directives. Every person from the church and its surrounding has the possibility to report to them conflicts with leadership, suspicion of abuse of power, or observations of unhealthy behavior.

Our History
What started with a small group and a big dream has grown into a global movement. The history of ICF (International Christian Fellowship) is marked by dedication, challenges, and growth – it testifies to how God has guided, blessed, and shaped us over many years.
When Leo and Susanna Bigger founder ICF Zurich in 1996, they had a vision: to build a church that is authentic, relevant, and vibrant, and brings people closer to Jesus in an innovative and contemporary way.
2013
In 2013 the Strupler family landed in Cambodia and began to prepare the way for a local church plant in Siem Reap.
2014
ICF Siem Reap grand opening with 2000 people
2015
Once the church was established it was clear that there were significant physical needs to be met. This is when our social team was born.
2016
We begin building a new facility to accomodate our rapidly growing church.
2017
Kids Church move to the new campus
2018
Education Program launches
2019
Live music played in all celebrations for the first time, worship team publishes their first translated worship song on YouTube and the creative workshop is introduced
2020
Emergency response! Launched Church Online. Launched study groups in the village. Gave out Emergency Food Packages. Opened the ICF Wake Park.
2021
Launched our Staff Daycare and Staff Education support Reopened the church for in person meetings in December Built our new classroom container village Continued our Covid Relief program
2022
Launched our Adult Khmer Celebration. Record setting weekend at Kids Church! Opened our climbing wall.
2023
Purchased land for the future of ICF Cambodia. Emergency Project – RunTaEk relocation. First Leadership Academy graduation. Sold the Wake Park. Moved our whole team to the campus. Launched the Impact Sponsorship.
2024
Launched ICF Business Network. Equipped 1000 Students with school material. Launched the University Scholarship.
2025
Launch ICF Khnar location. Praying for new land.
This vision brought a new kind of church to Siem Reap, a church that is at the heartbeat of time, appealing to and inspiring the younger generation in particular. Today, ICF Siem Reap is a spiritual home for people of all generations.
