Dienstleistung & Administration

Do you like working in an organized, structured, and responsible way? In this area, you strengthen our church behind the scenes – through administration, finance, organization, and communication.

Churchpreneurship – Finance / HR
Do you have an eye for numbers and work carefully? Support in accounting, assistance with financial processes, transparent management of donations, and flexible tasks depending on time and responsibility. Through your involvement, we enable responsible use of resources – and make church possible.

Movement Umbrella Organization
Do you think in networks and internationally? Here you support the ICF Movement beyond Zurich: event and project organization, coordination in an international context, social media & marketing, as well as IT projects & uploads on EQUIP.

E-Commerce / Online Shop (ICF Media Store)
Do you like getting hands-on? Process and ship orders, carefully pack products, and work with our online ordering system – ideal if you work in a structured way and like to pitch in.

Office Management & Customer Service
Do you have organizational talent and a heart for people? Follow-up & support after celebrations, phone and email communication, visitor support at the info desk, administrative assistance, as well as smaller projects and internal processes.

Digital, Technik & Auf-/Abbau

Do you want everything to run smoothly – visible and invisible? In this area, you ensure that our celebrations function seamlessly technically, organizationally, and digitally.

Setup & Teardown
You help set up tables, chairs, and bleachers, take care of stage and set construction, and keep track of the equipment storage.

Celebration Coordination (Production / Stage Management)
You keep an overview on and behind the stage and make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.

Celebration Translation
Do you want to help everyone understand our celebrations? You translate materials or support live translations – e.g., Swiss German to English, Portuguese, or sign language.

Digital (Support, Web Development, IT)
IT support for devices, Wi-Fi, or check-in systems, collaboration on web solutions and digital tools, development and support for IT projects.

Audio / Video / Lighting
Whether live sound, broadcast, video productions, or lighting moods – your involvement shapes the experience on-site and online.

Contact with People

Do you love being around people? In this area, you create encounters, community, and genuine connection – before, during, and after celebrations.

ICF Kids / Kids Welcome
Do you love accompanying children and families? Together we build church for the next generation – from Babyworld to School Kids, from greeting to orientation for new families.

Parking Team / Usher / Welcome
Do you stay calm, create orientation, and are a host with heart? You help shape the experience right from the door, in the hall, and in the first contact.

Pastoral Care & Prayer / Helping & Accompanying People
Do you want to spiritually accompany people, listen, and create a safe space? This is about depth, responsibility, and spiritual maturity.

Bars & Food & Fellowship
You create a place of encounter with food and drinks. Beverages & bar, kitchen & preparation, food & fellowship, as well as cake buffet – here you combine hospitality with community.

Kitchen & Staff Catering
Do you love cooking and pampering others? Catering for volunteers and staff, support at events, musicals, and Sundays, as well as planning, preparation, and organization.

Marriage & Family
Do you have a heart for couples and families? Ready for Marriage, marriage courses, child dedications, and coordination of weddings.

Evergreen Community
Do you want to strengthen community in the more mature stage of life? Support at events, brunches, and camps, communication & newsletter, as well as organization behind the scenes.

Whether empowering women, building courageous men’s community, or having a heart for Israel – here spaces are created for relationships, spiritual growth, and strong community.

Kreativität & Kunst

Do you love creating atmosphere and touching people with creativity? In this area, you shape church visibly, audibly, and experientially – on stage, online, and behind the scenes.

Makeup (Hair & Makeup)
You style speakers and performers for stage, photo, or video – with a sense for lighting, expression, and scene.

Film, Photography, Design & Social Media
Photography, film, design, and social media – here you give what God is doing a face.

Writing & YouTube Comments
Do you like writing and want to encourage people online? You answer comments and bring biblical perspectives in a friendly and relatable way.

Crafts / Theater / Acting / Dance
You create stage sets, props, and costumes or bring spiritual content creatively to the stage – in the drama team, musical, or praise dance.

Worship
Whether vocal or instrumental – you help shape celebrations musically, in unity, quality, and spiritual depth.

ICF Teens / ICF Youth
Do you love accompanying young people? You help with celebrations, small groups, games, and teaching – and strengthen teens and youth in a formative stage of life.
