Internship

FSJ / ICF Internship

Are you between 18 and 26 years old, motivated, love Jesus, and want to spend a year intentionally investing in your relationship with God, discovering your calling, and growing in your leadership?

As part of a “Freiwilliges Soziales Jahr” (FSJ – Voluntary Social Year, which we call an Internship), you have the chance to go on this personal adventure together with us at ICF Hamburg, and to develop the following core competencies over the course of a year:

Discipleship | Character | Leadership | Faith Life | Theology | Church Building

What Awaits You & What You’ll Be Offered

The Internship is a comprehensively developed program that combines practical church work with biblical training, discipleship and leadership courses, and personal coaching. All with the goal of seeing you flourish holistically.

*Your Internship includes 26 vacation days plus an additional 25 seminar days.
**If you’d like, we’ll try to connect you with a contact for accommodation – though without any guarantee. We’ll provide suggestions, but you’ll need to make contact yourself and arrange the accommodation on your own.
