Why Jesus?
Perhaps you’re wondering: Who is this Jesus really? The Bible says that God loves us and wants a relationship with us. But we often live separated from him—through pride, selfishness, or simply because we go our own way. The Bible calls this separation “sin”; it is like a deep chasm between us and God.
But God didn’t want to leave us there. He built a bridge: Jesus Christ. Through his death and resurrection, he cleared the way to God. He overcame the separation so that you can come home—into the arms of your heavenly Father.

Are you ready for the first step?
You don’t need any special prior knowledge to talk to God. You can simply invite him. If you like, you can say this simple prayer—quietly or out loud:
“Jesus Christ, come into my life. Forgive me for excluding you from my life until today. Thank you for giving your life for me. I surrender the leadership of my life to you and trust that you will lead me. My life shall belong to you. Amen.”
