Become part of a Small Group – experience real community

Many Small Groups are looking forward to getting to know you. Twice a year, you also have the opportunity to take part in the “Discover God” course and become part of a Small Group that way.

Why a Small Group?

In a Small Group:
– you get to know new people
– you grow in your relationship with God
– you find support and encouragement in everyday life

“We experience that God is very real and answers prayers.”

Discover God course

Not sure whether a Small Group is for you? Haven’t found one?
Start with the Discover God course – become part of a group for 6 weeks and get to know God and people better.

Lead a Small Group

Would you like to start a group yourself? We’ll support you with training, resources, and personal coaching.

A group of people (men, women, or mixed), usually between 3–12 people, who meet in addition to our Celebrations, get to know each other better, and share about everyday life and faith. They encourage and strengthen one another to grow in their relationship with God, with other people, and with themselves.

Each group has a different style, focus, or heartbeat. Some eat together, others are active outdoors. You build relationships with people, there’s personal sharing, a topic to go deeper into the Sunday Sermon, the Bible, or a book, and prayer.

Community, experiencing God, and growth are our shared values.

Get an overview HERE of the Small Groups near you or groups that meet online. You can browse the map, set filters, and send a contact request. At the Connect Lounge after the on-site Celebrations, we’ll be happy to help you find a suitable group in a personal conversation. Or you can contact us directly online at: icf.ch/connect

Often, the meeting place alternates between participants’ homes, or outdoors, in a café, or another suitable location.

It varies; however, most groups meet weekly or every two weeks. Some on Sundays, others during the week.
