Tasks
Focus
During the week, you’ll work as part of a dynamic team in a ministry that matches your background and interests. This will give you a firsthand look at the basics of church construction in a real-world setting—learning by doing!
College & Seminars
On the one hand, we offer the ICF College in Berlin. You have the option of choosing between the Bible Track and the Leadership Track. On the other hand, there are additional BFD seminars.
Facility Management
You will spend part of your time working in facility management. This means you will help keep our facilities in good repair and clean.
Ministry
On Sunday, you’ll help turn ICF Berlin’s various celebrations into a passionate and moving worship experience for hundreds of visitors.
Coaching
During your internship, you will also receive regular personal and professional coaching from an ICF staff member.
Events
You’ll help shape all our celebrations and events, such as the Ladies Lounge, the Christmas Experience, our Easter Week, and the ICF Conference.
