Gift Test

Celebration Events
Worship
Our passion and responsibility is to lead people into worship and help them turn their focus away from themselves and connect with Jesus. We worship God first and foremost for who He is, not for what we can gain from it. We believe that worship is more than just singing songs together. It is an expression of a life dedicated to the One who saved us. It is a conscious attitude in response to what He has done for us.
If you love Jesus, have a talented voice or are skilled at playing an instrument, enjoy making music together, and don’t mind extra rehearsals, then get in touch with us!
MC / Master of Celebration
The role of an MC is important because it’s not just about delivering information. As an MC, you actively lead and guide the meeting or celebration, tying elements together and capturing special moments.
If you’re articulate and aren’t shy about being on stage and speaking to people, the MC/hosting field might be just right for you.
Series Development (Producing 1/3)
In sermon series development, we prepare the content for the ICF’s sermon series. Some of this work is done individually, while other parts are done as a team. To this end, we gather relevant topics and supporting materials and prepare them as the foundation for the sermon series. In our meetings, we discuss these topics, brainstorm together, and provide each other with feedback. We also discuss theological issues that are important to us and our church.
Creative Producing (Producing 2/3)
We continue to develop the sermon series as part of our series development process. This involves coming up with designs, concepts for series trailers, stage designs, and sometimes sermon illustrations and other special features. Our work is both creative and practical.
If you’re up for some creative brainstorming, this is the perfect team for you. We meet once a month on the first Tuesday evening via Zoom.
Celebration Producing (3/3)
The whole package! That’s our passion. Week after week, we coordinate, communicate, and organize the celebration so that everything runs smoothly and everyone involved knows exactly what needs to be done, when, and why. This creates a seamless, well-rounded experience for our guests. Even at the last minute, we pour our hearts into making sure no one misses out on anything. Do you keep your cool and stay positive even under pressure, consistently find creative solutions to unusual problems, and enjoy working in a team? Then we’d love to have you join us!
Livestream
Almost like being there in person—we keep a close eye on the speaker at all times, giving as many people as possible the chance to catch up on the message later, especially when Grandma’s birthday brunch takes precedence over Stefan Hänsch’s sermon. Do you love being behind the camera, have exceptional concentration, and don’t mind making the occasional cut? Then come join our team.
Welcome
We want every visitor to encounter God and experience His love. And how do we do that?! We are part of the Guest Experience Team. That means we actively help shape the atmosphere at ICF and contribute to its beauty. We influence the mood and the flow in the lounge and in the courtyard. We believe that even before the Celebration begins, people experience God through our “welcome” and open their hearts to Him. God’s command to us is to love others as we love ourselves. Bar
Creating a welcoming atmosphere and practicing hospitality—that’s our goal. We want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to relax here and feel at home. To that end, we offer a wide selection of hot and cold beverages.
Mediastore
The Mediastore at ICF Berlin is an integral part of our welcoming culture. On the one hand, we focus on Christians who want to grow in their faith and get to know Jesus better and become more like Him through inspiring literature. On the other hand, VIPs are incredibly important to us, which is why we also offer items you can give to your friends, allowing you to positively influence those around you with confidence. Furthermore, we aim to foster creativity and share God’s beauty.
Translation
Since the beginning of last year, we have been offering translation services for refugees from Ukraine. We also hope to be able to provide simultaneous English translation of the sermon for our worship service as soon as possible. So if you are fluent in Ukrainian or English, please feel free to contact us.
Catering
We love good food. We don’t want to deprive our staff of this, so that they can continually recharge and give their all to the Kingdom of God at ICF Berlin. That’s why we organize the staff meal between Celebrations, among other things. If you, too, have a passion for delicious food and hospitality, we’d love to have you join our team!
Musicals
To add a special touch to our big musical and dance events, we love to bring relevant messages to life on stage in a poignant and creative way, connecting with people through stories that resonate with everyday life. Of course, highlights like our Easter and Christmas celebrations take center stage.

Technology
We set the stage and project the lyrics onto the wall with pinpoint accuracy so everyone can follow along with the songs. We usually stay discreetly in the background, but we’re still right in the thick of things. After all, without the right technology and know-how, an ICF Celebration wouldn’t be nearly as wonderful, would it? Are you passionate about technology and lighting and want to play an active role in shaping our Celebrations? Then join our team!
Sound engineering
As sound engineers, we want to create an atmosphere where the congregation feels comfortable, safe, and free to sing along, and can immerse themselves in God’s presence and worship without distraction—whether they’re here in person or at home watching the livestream.
Do you need to already know everything about live mixing? Absolutely not! You can learn the technical stuff—trust me. What’s necessary is a heart for Jesus, a heart for serving, and a willingness to learn.
You have no experience with live mixing, but you’re passionate about music and would like to learn more about it?
You already have experience in sound engineering and would like to help support the worship service?
You have experience with recording software and are curious about how the stream mix works?

Next Generation
Kids
We dream that ICF Kids will be a place where children come to know God through Bible stories, encounter Him personally, and experience His love and power. We lay the foundation so that children may grow into independent believers and follow Jesus with enthusiasm. We help them enter into conversation with God, respond concretely to what they have heard, and make their own decisions in their lives with God. We dream that children will be able to discover, apply, and deepen their gifts. We design ICF Kids for children with children by giving children opportunities to actively participate, try their hand at different areas, and use their creativity.
Teens
Teens is like a church that’s young and engaged with life: here, we speak and understand your language and talk about the issues that matter to you. Together, we experience an exciting, interactive, and challenging celebration. It’s a place for you and your friends to hang out, where you can be yourself and discover what your life has to do with God.
Youth
In the Youth Community, we want to bring together young people aged 14–19 and give them the opportunity to get to know God better. Do you enjoy investing in the next generation and having fun helping people become more like Jesus? Then join our team. We look forward to having you!
Young Adults
Everyone in the Young Adults is between the ages of 18 and 24. We’re fearless, respectful, relevant, enthusiastic, and authentic. We meet every Wednesday evening. At our gatherings, we discuss topics that matter to our generation: relationships, finances, making wise decisions, and much more are on the agenda.
Family
Families are close to our hearts! That means we strive to connect families within the ICF and keep them as informed as possible about information that’s relevant to them. Weekly prayer meetings, family hangouts, children’s blessings, book recommendations, and much more.
Royal Rangers
Royal Ranger is a Christian scouting program dedicated to helping every child discover their uniqueness, develop their skills, and experience God’s love. This takes place during weekly meetings, where children can practice scouting skills and outdoor activities, play games, participate in interactive devotions, sing, and let off steam in age-appropriate groups.
We meet for this on Fridays from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Gut Osdorf (in the winter at the ICF).
Churchlife
Men’s Stuff
Our church offers a variety of unique programs just for men! We want to experience God together, strengthen our faith, build friendships, and encourage and support one another.
Coming Home
Coming Home offers all visitors the chance to get to know our church through short sessions and connect with us. Do you love seeing people find a home and get to know Jesus, are you hospitable, and are you passionate about ICF? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Explore
Explore offers everyone the opportunity to get to know God and the church better in a small-group setting and to connect with the ICF. If you’re interested in leading small groups and providing a space for people to connect and get to know one another, please feel free to reach out to us.
Prayer & Get Free
We are passionate about prayer because it is our means of communicating with Jesus. We want everyone in our church to experience prayer and fellowship at the cross—whether on Sundays after the services, in daily life, or during Get Free in Groups.

Groups
Our goal is for every interested person to find their place at ICF and thrive. To achieve this, I need team members who share this passion and are willing to learn about all of ICF’s programs so they can help people discover them through guidance and support. This also includes maintaining and updating the list of current group offerings.

Micro Churches
The church is wherever its people are and isn’t limited to a building. We dream of micro-churches in every neighborhood of Berlin, in the counties of Brandenburg, and beyond.
To make this possible, we meet regularly with the micro-church leaders and stay in touch with others who are interested. If you’d like to support the leadership with your organizational skills, you’re warmly welcome to join our team.
Couples
A healthy church thrives on healthy relationships within marriage and family. We want to invest in these relationships and never grow weary of continuing to grow.
The Couples Team regularly plans events for couples, offers coaching, and prepares couples for their greatest commitment: marriage.
Social Acts
A central part of Jesus’ mission on earth was to stand up for justice and the oppressed, and in doing so, Jesus proclaimed God’s kingdom, which has already begun. As the church (worldwide), we embody Jesus.
As the Social Acts team, we are building a platform to support all of us in actively engaging in this mission and using the resources we have been given to sustainably develop and restore God’s creation (society, the environment, and hearts).
That is why we want to support people in starting social projects (or businesses). We want to create opportunities where like-minded people can find and inspire one another, and support existing groups in making even better use of their resources.

Leadership Track

Yes, here we want to learn together—but not like in school. As a team, we mentor the students in the Leadership Track—that is, the people who want to spend six months honing their leadership skills according to God’s heart.
You can get involved in organizing, facilitating, brainstorming, conceptual development, and supporting the teachers—and, of course, benefit from the incredibly valuable modules yourself.

Group Leader Training
The Group Leader Training is designed for potential leaders of small groups, Life Groups, and Team Groups, as well as workshop leaders for the Creative Academy and Micro Churches.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the organization, facilitation, brainstorming, conceptual development, and support of the teachers—and, of course, benefit from the incredibly valuable modules yourself.

We’re the ones behind the unique flair of our posts, articles, and other creative content. You love staying on top of the latest trends—whether behind the camera, on social media, or crafting the edgiest wordplay—and representing this online community. Then come and join us!
Social Media
Today’s generation doesn’t just use search engines like Google—they’re increasingly turning to Instagram and other platforms. We’re hearing more and more that people have found us through Instagram or Facebook. We want to take advantage of this by expanding our online presence, staying in touch with our community, and offering the public a window through which they can get to know our church better before they visit.
Photo
Wait a minute—we capture the most beautiful, atmospheric, and emotional moments from every possible angle during a celebration or event, creating memories that speak louder than a thousand words. Our goal is to authentically capture what happens at this church in Berlin. Through our photos, we enable people to get to know our church before they even have to step inside. Do you love wide-angle shots, have an eye for both the big picture and the details, and enjoy skillfully and creatively bringing this to life in your photos? As the website team, we want to bring ICF Berlin to life digitally, with the same level of excellence we offer in person. Finances
No money, no honey. That goes for us, too. We manage all income and expenses and keep the church’s finances in order. We make sure everything is in order so that, in the end, the auditors give us the thumbs-up. Do you love numbers, reliability, and paperwork? Then don’t hesitate—join our team!
Facility
We all love spaces that are beautiful, functional, and comfortable. We take care of repairs, cleaning, and much more.
