Clemens Lutter ist verheiratet und Vater von drei Jungs. Seit 2009 ist er in Vollzeit Teil des ICF München. Mit der Vision einer heute relevanten Kirche und dem Ziel, „Kirche“ auch als moderne Organisation wirksam zu gestalten, prägt er die Gemeinde in unterschiedlichen Leitungsfunktionen.
 
Als Betriebswirt, ausgebildeter Industriekaufmann und leidenschaftlicher Unternehmer bringt er strategische, organisatorische und unternehmerische Kompetenz in seine Arbeit ein. Im ICF verantwortete er über die Jahre vielfältige Bereiche – darunter das Celebration- und Event-Department, Leadership Development, Creatives, Worship, Marketing und Kids.
 
Heute ist Clemens Teil der Gesamtleitung des ICF München. Er leitet den Bereich Church Management, ist als Multisite Leader für mehrere Standorte verantwortlich, gestaltet die Organisationsentwicklung und engagiert sich im ICF Movement Collaboration Board.

Steffen Eiche

Family

Steffen has been part of the ICF Munich family since 2007. During these years, he has experienced how diverse the church can be and how God works in and through very different people. He has been active in various areas and projects and has been able to help shape many special moments.
Together with his wife Alexandra, he has three children. Family and community are very important to him and also shape his everyday life.
He is particularly moved by what can happen when Jesus is at the center – he sees real power in this that changes lives.
Munich is very close to his heart: the mixture of international flair and established tradition makes the city unique for him. His wish is for people to find a home in God’s church here.

Lukas and Juliane Gutmann

Lukas and Juliane Gutmann met and fell in love at ICF Munich. They have been married since 2017. They live in the center of Munich with their son and daughter and, as a family, have it on their hearts that people in Munich come to know Jesus. They both share a passion for worship and for a church that unites all generations and creates a home.

Chris and Sarah Hentschel

Chris und Sarah Hentschel sind seit ihrer Schulzeit zusammen und haben gemeinsam als Ehepaar die Entscheidung getroffen, All-in zu gehen für das Reich Gottes. Heute leben sie dieses Abenteuer als Familie mit ihrer Tochter. Nach einer prägenden Zeit in der Mission in Ghana, ihrem Theologie-Studium und Erfahrungen in den unterschiedlichsten Kirchen sind die Beiden 2018 im ICF München gelandet, wo sie unfassbar viel lernen und wachsen durften. 2023 ging die Reise dann weiter nach Augsburg. Hier träumen sie von einer Kirche, in der Menschen Jesus begegnen und ihm immer ähnlicher werden.

Markus and Tina Kalb

Markus and Tina Kalb have been part of the ICF family since 2016. Both have been active in many different churches and Christian ministries from the heart – and have a big heart for God’s church and that people find a home there.God has called them out of the supra-regional, Germany-wide ministry to build church locally. That’s why they moved to Bavaria as a family with their 2 children and took over the ICF Freising. They love being able to experience with many wonderful people that it is God who makes his church ever healthier and more beautiful.

Jonathan and Luca Lörz

Jonathan und Luca Lörz haben sich noch als Studenten 2018 im ICF Passau kennengelernt und 2022 geheiratet. Ihre Herzen schlagen für eine Kirche, in der die Gegenwart Gottes und die Veränderungskraft vom Kreuz erlebbar wird und die von tiefen Freundschaften und einem starken Familiengefühl geprägt ist – ein Wert, den sie auch ganz persönlich als Eltern von Zwillingssöhnen leben. Sie wohnen mit Blick auf Donau, Ilz und Inn in Passau und lieben es, Teil von Gottes Plan in Passau und der ganzen Region zu sein.

Silas and Fabienne Ulrich

Silas and Fabienne Ulrich have been part of the ICF Munich since 2011. They met at an ICF Summer Camp in 2014.
After a year at the ICF College in Zurich, Silas led the age group area, while Fabienne was responsible for designing books at the ICF. This encounter developed into a shared history that led to their marriage in 2016.
They worked as youth pastors at ICF Munich until 2021. Their two sons were born in 2018 and 2020, and their daughter in 2025. Together, they are passionately committed to a church that is characterized by community, hope and a positive, welcoming culture.
