In this sermon Dave Kull explains the reversed (upside-down) kingdom: following Jesus flips worldly values—weakness becomes strength, service replaces power—and we live in the dawn between night and day (Romans 13; Matthew 5). Main idea: the kingdom of God overturns worldly priorities and calls you to costly, joyful discipleship (Mark 10).
Practical takeaway: adopt a single-focus devotion and seize the “moments between moments”—brief prayers, daily gratitude, serving in ordinary tasks, and building a praying household and workplace (Philippians 4:6). Start small: thank God each morning, pray in the car, offer to pray for a coworker, make family time sacred.
Gentle call: reflect on how fully you’ll join the kingdom of light; guard your heart (Proverbs 4:23), pick up your cross daily, and live as if the day has dawned.
