In this sermon Tobias Teichen explains God’s style of education: God trains leaders through family — not by producing perfect children but by shaping you as a child, parent and leader so heaven’s will comes to earth (Matthew 6:10; Romans 12:2).

Practical takeaway: when marriage, parenting or leadership feels like shoes that are too big, stop trying to perform alone. Return to your primary identity as God’s child, accept loving correction (Hebrews 12), and walk in the Father’s footsteps — raise your hands, surrender, and ask the Holy Spirit for help. Aim for maturity and stewardship, not merely quiet obedience.
