YOUR DISCIPLESHIP SCHOOL AT ICF MUNICH
Are you ready to be challenged in an encouraging environment and to live out your faith passionately with others?
Experience the transformative power of God in every area of your life in an intergenerational, family environment. Be fully equipped in a practical and church-oriented daily life through broad development of your leadership gifts in the prophetic, apostolic, evangelistic, shepherding and teaching.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR 10 MONTHS AT ALL IN ACADEMY
We start every morning with worship and prayer because Jesus is our first priority; that’s why we align ourselves with Him and His heart first thing every morning.
Diverse styles, different every day—discover new ways to connect with God and get inspired for your personal time with Him. Try out your prophetic gifts and discover new forms of prayer.
During the year, we go through the three discipleship steps at ICF Munich: Explore, Get Free, and Impact. You’ll be on this journey with a small group, getting to know Jesus in a practical way, experiencing divine freedom, and discovering your authority as a child of God.
As students, we share faith and life and become personal as a result. We follow Jesus together and experience community in a variety of ways during team activities and All In Group time.
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word and it is our foundation. That’s why we read the Bible daily to experience how God speaks personally every single day.
Additionally, as part of the All In Academy, you’ll complete our “Bibletrack.” There, you’ll read through the entire Bible in 10 months together in small groups and receive exciting teachings on the books of the Bible along with tools to help you understand the Bible even better.
In your stream, you’ll get hands-on and actively work in an area of ICF Munich. You can try out new things with other students, be challenged, and serve together. Be encouraged in your strengths and grow in your weaknesses.
The following streams will be available in the next intake: Next Generation, Administration, Business, and Creative
We want to learn to share our faith fearlessly, spread hope, and reach people with God’s love. We do this practically through weekly outreaches and an international mission trip that helps us broaden our horizons. We want to be a blessing to others and meet local needs.
You’ll be part of one of our Sunday teams, participating in our services at ICF Munich and making them possible with your team. You’ll also be involved in our events, like the Christmas Experience, helping people experience God in a new way. You can contribute your talents, grow in them, and build God’s kingdom together with others.
You’ll participate in workshops and conferences at ICF Munich with the other students, growing in various areas of the five-fold ministry. We also host special guests and cooperate with organizations like the Munich House of Prayer and Open Doors, regularly learning from guest speakers on-site.
Discover your leadership potential and let it be nurtured. During the 10 months, you’ll be accompanied by a personal coach and have the opportunity to learn from leaders at ICF Munich, being trained to live ALL IN for Jesus.
