Each GET FREE course consists of 10 consecutive and constructive evenings in which you tackle your issues together with other people.

You decide before the GET FREE whether you want to take part in the 10 evenings live on site or online.

On the remaining days of the week, you prepare for the next evening on your own with the help of the GET FREE book.

The weekly GET FREE meeting lasts approx. 2h to 2.5h.
In addition, we recommend that you plan 15-30 minutes a day to spend time with God with the help of the GET FREE book.
If your GET FREE leader offers a self-managed session, you are of course free to decide when, how and where you meet.

GET FREE is our second discipleship step, which is why the prerequisite for participating in GET FREE is that you have already completed the first discipleship step EXPLORE. The content of GET FREE builds on the content of EXPLORE.
For the transition from EXPLORE to GET FREE, the EXPLORE facilitator and his team will help you.

Anyone who has taken part in the GET FREE and completed the “Accompanying people in prayer” workshop can accompany one person on a one-to-one basis. Anyone who would like to accompany more than one person, i.e. a group, at the GET FREE must also be a trained ICF Group Leader at ICF Munich.

You will need time for the 10 joint meetings and an additional 15-30 minutes each day to work with the GET FREE book. Register directly via the registration link at the respective date and order the GET FREE book.

GET FREE is a lifestyle that you can live on your own and with others at any time in your everyday life.
However, if you are leading a person or your group with the help of the GET FREE book, we recommend that you take part in an official course.
By officially participating in a GET FREE course, you will be strengthened through community. As a leader, you will also benefit from the exchange with other leaders. You can take part in the weekly leader briefing and leader debriefing with your trainees and receive prayer support from an experienced team.
